Customers should contact us as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or defective. Return requests must include the order details, issue description, and clear photos or videos where relevant.
Returns may be accepted when the delivered product is incorrect, damaged on arrival, missing major parts, or not working due to a verified fault. The product should be unused, in original packaging where possible, and include accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoice details.
Returns may not be accepted for products damaged after delivery, used products, items with missing accessories, products altered or repaired by unauthorized persons, installation-related damage, voltage fluctuation damage, or change-of-mind requests after the product has been opened or installed.
Split ACs, stabilizers, brackets, copper kits, and other installation-related products must be checked before installation. Once installed, return approval depends on inspection and the applicable supplier or manufacturer policy.
All return requests are reviewed before approval. StoreWala PK may request photos, videos, product serial details, packaging photos, or inspection feedback before confirming a return, exchange, repair, or refund.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through an available method suitable for the original order and customer details. Processing time may vary depending on payment provider, banking channels, and internal review.
Delivery or return shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the issue is confirmed to be caused by an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item supplied through StoreWala PK.
Products with manufacturer or supplier warranty may be handled under warranty terms instead of a direct refund. Warranty coverage depends on the product and does not normally include misuse, breakage, liquid damage, voltage damage, or unauthorized repairs.
